Making a difference in the Hills Shire

Kenthurst Rotary Club is looking to alleviate human suffering in our community by gathering like-minded volunteers and generous donors to provide food and drink for the homeless and disadvantaged in The Hills Shire. As well as continuing to find ways and means to expand our project to assist the vulnerable in our community

We need funding to purchase a food trailer to feed those suffering in our community. A food trailer allows us the capability to go where the need is greatest throughout the Shire.

We were approached by Council as a Rotary Club to see what assistance we could provide as a service organisation who has the ability and manpower to supply these servicers on a regular basis.

We appreciate that once this project is underway it will build up speed and more avenues will have to be explored such as clothing, consumables, toiletries and possibly mental health support, Centrelink support etc.

We have to start somewhere, and this is the best way to work at the coal face.
