I’m Lenni, I have signed up for Camp International Kenya 2025. During this month-long experience, I will work on a project with local Kenyans to create something with a genuine, lasting impact. But first, to get me on the plane and to help build my personal development, I am planning my own fundraising strategy.

Why Kenya

Poverty is a major social problem in Kenya. According to the World Bank, more than 36% of the Kenyan population lives below the poverty line. Poverty contributes to the high level of malnutrition, poor health, and Keyna’s low life expectancy.

About the project

Camp International is designed to support the UN Sustainable Development Goals, working towards tackling global challenges on a local scale with his local project focused on one of the following:

• Housing and welfare

• Food and water security

• Healthcare and sanitation

• Education and training

• Sustainable livelihoods

• Wildlife conservation

• Environmental protection

• Animal welfare
