Kera Howard’s Cochlear Implant

Hi, my name is Shea, and We are fundraising to help with Kera Howard’s Medical expenses due to a recent cochlear implant. Curveball after curveball, Kera found herself having to make a difficult decision to get a cochlear implant In order to hear, even though it would leave her in a tremendous amount of debt. She has been hard of hearing for as long as I can remember, but it has declined tremendously in the past decade. Kera also suffers from Crohn’s and ulcerative colitis which add to the financial burden. Working in the hospital is especially difficult for her and the pros outweighed the cons In this decision. She never asks anyone for anything and would rather struggle than ask, so I decided to do this for her (and hope she won’t be mad long). She is left with a whopping bill of $108,701.94!!
