Kerns Family COVID Relief
My dear friend Stacy Kerns (Sunshine) and her Family are in desperate need of some help. Stacy is a healthcare worker and a close friend who tested positive for Covid 19 January 27 2021. She is a wife and a mother of 4 young children. Stacy ended up in the ICU February 3rd and had to be intubated. She spent 30 days on the ventilator and her family was told she would not likely make it. On March 17th they were able to trach her and ultimately save her. She spent 90 days hospitalized and went home with Home Health in place. She is currently still on 3 liters of oxygen, breathing treatments 4 times daily and now has a heart condition. Her family has lost her income now for 6 months and she has applied for Unemployment, Pandemic Assistance, SSI and SSDI.
Unfortunately NOTHING has come through yet and her household of 6 are not able to make ends meet on her husbands income alone. Medical bills are also starting to roll in. I can't think of a family more deserving of help during their time of need. It is truly a miracle that she is alive!
Continued prayers for her long recovery. Anything will help and would be greatly appreciated. All funds will go directly to the Kerns family to help with groceries, bills, mortgage, medical bills and treatments.
