Kerri Brown

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of Kerri Brown on Saturday, September 21st at the Guelph General Hospital. She was 43.
Kerri was pre-deceased by her father, Doug Brown, and leaves behind her mother, Mary Brown, her spouse, Chris Lambert and her three children, Maxton, Emerysn and Diem. She is survived by her younger brother, Mike Brown, her sister-in-law Aileen Brown and her nieces Riley and Kennedy Brown; her mother in-law Deb Douglas, her father-in-law Ron Lambert and his spouse Sue Bowman; her brother in-law Adam Lambert and his spouse Michele Lambert, and her nephews Myles, Hayes and Cohen. She was especially close with her maternal extended family living in Sarnia.
Kerri was many things: she was a mother, a spouse, a daughter, a sister, an aunt, a friend. She had a beautiful wide smile, with eyes that sparkled when she laughed. She talked a mile a minute and loved to wear her bright sunglasses on her head. She loved to read books and binge on reality tv and remembered everybody’s birthday. She enjoyed watching her son Max play hockey and hang out with her hockey family. She loved watching her daughter Emersyn dance even if she grumbled about doing her dance bun (who doesn’t?). She cheered her daughter Diem on at every gymnastics competition and held on to every medal won. How she managed to keep all their busy schedules straight is beyond us, but it gave her satisfaction and purpose.
She loved her family wholeheartedly and she, in turn, was deeply loved. We are devastated by her loss and take comfort in the support and love we’ve received from our community thus far.
Cremation has been arranged and the family will have a private gathering. We encourage those who knew her to share their memories of Kerri with the family through texts or email or in the memorial page below. It is a precious gift to us to be able to hear these stories.
In lieu of gifts or flowers, we have created this GoFundMe page for any donations in memory of Kerri Brown's life and in support of her three children, Maxton, Emersyn and Diem. All funds raised will be put into the children's education funds.
We appreciate your care and generosity.
