Recovery Help for Kerry Duke Holmes

The purpose of this GoFundMe account is to raise funds to aid with the financial recovery for Kerry “Duke” Holmes, Jr. On the evening of May 5, 2017, Kerry was robbed and shot multiple times from his face to his legs.

This is not going to be an easy road for Kerry, his family or those close to him. We know that this is going to affect him mentally, physically, emotionally and mostly financially. There is only so much we can do with the first 3 things, other than praying and being available when called upon. For those of us who are near and far we can all help Kerry financially with the difficulties that are ahead.

Kerry’s recovery will take over a year and he is spending a considerable amount of time in ICU. To say he has a long road to recovery is an understatement; however, he has all of us praying and willing to give what we can financially.

He is such an inspiration to so many people. His smile, oh man his smile can light up a room along with his infectious positive personality. Kerry has the ability to make you feel loved and important. Now is our opportunity to return that love in action to him. Kerry can not contribute anything at this time he needs all of his energy for healing, so that leaves it up to us all to pitch in.

This has been a very traumatic time for Kerry Duke Holmes, Jr and his family. Any financial aid you may help with will be greatly appreciate by Kerry and his family.
