Help us Save our Family home

Hello, we are Ivy and Millicent Williams daughters of Elsie & Ernest Williams. We are reaching out today in hopes that we will be able to save our family’s home. Our parents purchased our home back in 1974, took our family out of public housing and showed us that anything is possible if you put forth the hard work and effort. It was always a place of love and happiness and you just felt safe being there. In 2003 our beloved father passed and our mother was scammed into refinancing our home and whatever equity was in the home the scammers got away with it. Our mother kept this to herself and never mentioned that this had happened. She was then informed by a long time neighbor that she could do a reverse mortgage in which she did and again never told a sole in the family. Our dear mother sadly has now passed and now the bank is trying to seize possession of our home. We have been approved to purchase our family home but need help with the down payment and closing cost. If you have anything at all to spare it will be greatly appreciated. We are forever grateful!
