Kevin and Krav Maga Tactical Self Defense

Donation protected
Hi, my name is Allie and I am fundraising for my friend, Kevin.
Kevin Beard, the owner of Lions Tactical Self-Defense and Krav Maga Loveland, LLC, has been an amazing part of my life for over two years now. I first met Kevin when I decided that I never wanted to be in a position where I was not able to defend myself ever again. I found Krav Maga Loveland and Kevin and they changed my life for the better.
Before I met Kevin, I was in an abusive relationship and started using drugs. I was able to turn my life around with the guidance and support from Kevin, who showed me that I can protect myself, as well as find the confidence that I can do anything I set my mind to. After training hard every day and falling down every day, Kevin was always there to help me back up and continue the fight. I learned so many things from my mentor that I was suddenly able to do pushups and situps for minutes without stopping. I was able to think more quickly. I was able to gain confidence and strength in self-defense and myself all because of Kevin.
Kevin taught me firearms training, as well as medical and trauma training, and I was hired to be a part of his Executive Protection team, Lions Tactical, which I was honored to be a part of because he saw potential in me that I could do this job. I quickly became the person I wanted to be and knowing Kevin has opened so many doors, as he has for many others. I am forever grateful and I believe everyone else that has Kevin in their lives is grateful, too.
I am fundraising for Kevin because Kevin is a man who will go out of his way to help everyone in a time of need. He is selfless and cares about people, even considering them as family. He has even trained people for free because they wanted to learn but were unable to make monthly payments. Kevin always gives his all to everyone. He has been teaching Krav Maga on his own for many years. He has run this business on his own and supplied knowledge and support to whoever he can because he loves to teach and believes that people can have Krav Maga at their disposal, regardless if they can pay or not.
Kevin will continue to give you the shirt off his back if that means you will stay warm. He has the kindest heart and I believe we need more people like him.
Kevin is losing the most important things in his life to him. Kevin needs financial assistance because after the Covid pandemic, much like other businesses, he was not able to make enough money to keep his gym going, and now is in debt and facing court charges. He is currently trying to keep the gym running, but it would take a miracle.
The gym aside, Kevin needs financial help with getting a place to live. His house was recently burned and his family has to live elsewhere. Kevin is unable to make monthly rent payments at this time and needs help getting back on his feet.
Kevin always believed that if you get knocked down, you can always get back up and win the fight. He believes that God has a plan and I hope that the plan is not to lose his gym, but more importantly, not to let these things weigh him down. I hope we can allow him to continue doing what he loves, and that is teaching others the power of self-defense, and loving one another.
