Kevin Anderson Medical Expenses Relief Fund

Kevin Anderson, from East St. Louis, IL., spent 37 days in the hospital after contracting COVID-19 at his job, the Hogan Street Regional Youth Center in St. Louis. Kevin was on a ventilator for 15 days, lost more than 70 pounds, suffered from blood clots in his legs and had to learn to eat, breathe and walk again.   



Kevin was released from the hospital in May but continues to suffer from the lingering effects of COVID-19. Walking is difficult, he gets tired easily, he has nerve damage in both of his hands, it’s difficult to pick things up, and he can’t close his right fist all the way.

The medical bills are piling up and because he's still injured he can't return to work. His job put him on leave without pay and stopped paying for his health insurance - the monthly premium is hundreds of dollars and the family is unable to pay. Currently, Kevin is without insurance and we need your help and donations to pay these premiums ASAP! Please help Kevin and his family by donating. The donations will go toward paying for Kevin's health insurance and other medical expenses.
