Kevin Cruz's Medical Fund

Kevin is a happy 18 years old boy. He was diagnosed with cirrhosis, which is a late stage of fibrosis of the liver. He needs an urgent liver transplant that will happen next month.  His lovely father which is the support of his family will be the donor. They will both need to be hospitalized for a long period of time. These funds will help essentially paying more than $2000 a month in co-payment for medicine and treatment that will follow after the surgery.
