Kevin Dahlgren: legal and living expenses
Donation protected
I'm Kevin's big brother, Kent.
As many of you know, Kevin is a long-time advocate for the houseless and homeless in the Pacific Northwest, fearlessly speaking on their behalf and offering insights into how the system fails them.
Kevin has been blunt when offering solutions that could alleviate the misery of the houseless and publicly criticizing those who have the power to make substantive changes but have not done so.
Helping others has been his life’s work. Now Kevin needs your help.
If Kevin’s advocacy and the stories he’s shared have touched you, then please donate to temporarily assist him with his living expenses and legal bills.
I have known Kevin for over 15 years. He is a generous, caring, compassionate human being who is dedicated to helping others. He has worked tirelessly and with integrity for decades with the aim of providing support for those who need it most.
In his time as both an employee in social services and the time he has selflessly given volunteering, he has helped countless numbers of people in need.
I've never known anyone with the passion and sincerity to help others that Kevin has.

My family and I have known Kevin Dahlgren for 25 years. He has spent most of his adult life providing care for those whom most people would choose to avoid. Kevin has demonstrated exceptional skill in speaking with people who are experiencing mental health crises. Kevin is an intelligent, compassionate person, and he is one of the most honest, trustworthy members of our community, holding himself to a high level of integrity.
-Carol
In a country with failed efforts to solve homelessness, Kevin cuts through with strategies that actually work to get people housed and back on track. To this day I’ve not seen a more pragmatic and compassionate method for helping the homeless.
-Kate
Kevin has compassion for the suffering and addicted on the streets and the courage to speak to them about their experiences. He’s willing to document hard realities that may otherwise stay hidden from the public
