USMC Veteran (Cancer Battle)- Farrell Family

Hello everyone, Kevin is a 22 year veteran whom served this country before becoming a citizen. I am so lost for words or thoughts right now. First, we have never been in a position of needing help. But this journey has been rough being denied a second opinion. Being moved around from place to place' delay in care. This has really hit home for us since Kevin got his diagnosis of having T cell lymphoma. He has currently had several rounds of chemotherapy and was seeking proton radiation therapy since the cancer has metastasized to his spine. He was sent to California Proton and he had 3 treatments due to the machine being constantly broken. He aspirated and now in ICU. They have him on a ventilator. Now they say there is nothing else they can do for him. He is currently fighting every day to live. I am trying to get him moved from the VA to an advanced cancer center. He is decided to ask for assistance in doing a go fund me to give him a fighting chance. Kevin is a loving father and my best friend of 22 years. We tried for 20 years for a baby due to deployment and family separation, but we were not successful. Now that he has retired from the Marine Corps currently almost two years, we were blessed to conceive our 18-month baby boy. This is his first baby now to be hit with this devastating news is so hard.
