K-Bot - Down & Out Pay It Forward Fund

Hi, we are the loving family of Kevin Keenan. After Kevin's passing we found one of his many journals where he wrote his personal thoughts, ideas, inventions, dreams and song lyrics. We stumbled on THIS idea that he had to one day be able to organize a fund that would 'Pay it Forward' to someone who may be down on their luck, or in need of a small act of kindness to get back on their feet in life.

 

He wanted to call it the 'Down and Out Fund' and his notes are clear that all he wanted to do was: "make people smile"; "make a bad thing turn into a good one"; "give someone something that would create surprise, joy and excitement"; "you see someone you have not seen in years kind of reaction".

 

Kevin wanted this to be "an EMOTIONAL RESCUE" for someone and hopefully be "life changing" for a random person who has just somehow found themselves a bit  'down and out'.

 

We have decided to try and make this amazing dream of Kevin's come true, in his memory. We know he will see this act of kindness and look over the person, or people, we find to help and make sure it finds a way to be the 'life changing gesture' he wanted it to be.
