Kevin Lokey Needs Help ASAP

Please help Kevin again!

Kevin has not been able to keep up with rent and will soon face eviction from his apartment.

I have not updated his GoFundMe since the original post.

Kevin’s prosthetic leg has been too painful for him to stand or walk on for an extended amount of time. He keeps getting it adjusted but is struggling with the whole healing process.

He has not been able to return to work.

This has taken an incredible toll on his mental health.

A long time friend reached out to me last night and asked me to update the page.

Kevin has been a dedicated janitor at the Orpheum, State, and Pantages theatres in Minneapolis for many years. His commitment to his work and the care he puts into maintaining these iconic venues during events has not gone unnoticed. Kevin's warm smile and friendly demeanor have made him a beloved member of the theater community.

In addition to his dedicated work as a janitor, Kevin has a deep love for acting and has been involved in several movies throughout his life. His passion for the arts has brought joy to both himself and those who have had the pleasure of watching his performances.

Unfortunately, Kevin recently fell ill for unknown reasons, resulting in the amputation of his foot November 13th. This unexpected turn of events has left him unable to work and has exacerbated his already precarious financial situation. He is currently at Abbott Hospital.

As he lives alone, the burden of paying bills and covering basic living expenses has been a constant challenge.

Due to Kevin's current circumstances, we are launching this GoFundMe campaign to rally together and provide him with the financial support he desperately needs. The funds raised will go towards covering his medical expenses, rehabilitation costs, and daily living expenses during his recovery period.
