Kevin Muddell - Help to cover funeral & cemetery plot costs

Hello all,

As most of you reading this will know, our dad, Kevin Muddell, sadly passed away on Wednesday, 4th December 2024, at just 63 years old. None of us expected this to happen so suddenly or at such a young age.

As a family, we know Dad would be proud to see us coming together as a team, doing everything we can with what we have to give him the send-off he deserves.

Unfortunately, funerals and everything involved in this next step for Dad are incredibly expensive - shockingly so, even without any extravagance.

While we’ve been fortunate to cover most of the funeral and cremation costs (~£5,000 of the £5,400 total), we are still struggling with a few additional expenses.

These include:

• £400 remaining for the funeral/cremation

• £500 for the wake (to cover food and the venue)

• £300 for simple flowers

• £2,400 for the cemetery plot

We truly hate to ask, but we need help. Any donations, big or small, would be greatly appreciated and would go a long way toward covering the remaining £3,600 gap. If we happen to receive any surplus, we will donate it to a children’s charity in Dad’s honour.
