Kevin Sears Medical Recovery

As many of you know Kevin and his wife Coleen traveled to Las Vegas to enjoy theRoute 91 Harvest Festival concert.   Kevin was one of the 500 injured when a gunman opened fire on the crowd.  He received a gunshot wound to the back, the bullet went in below his shoulder blade and back out underneath his arm.   He also has a bruised spleen and diaphram.

His expected recovery time is approximately 3 months however it could be longer as has developed some complications and will know more after his CT Scan and visit with a thoracic surgeon next week.



Kevin has a long road ahead of him while he recovers both physically and emotionally.  He is a self-employed plumber and runs a successful home-based company however his business will be on hold until he can return to work.

All of our help will go a long way in assisting him and his family until he is back on his feet and able to return to work.  The money raised will help Kevin not only with monthly living expenses while he is unable to work , it will help him get the professional support he will need to get through this emotional experience.

Kevin and I grew up together and over the years "Cooney" has never asked anything from anyone.  He needs our support now more than ever and any contribution you can make is one step closer to his recovery.
