Need help to get through bone marrow surgery.

Hello, my name is Kevin and I was diagnosed with Acute Myloid Leukemia. In January I could barely walk across a two lane road. October 5th I'm being admitted for a bone marrow transplant. My wife Kathy has long since run out of paid time off. She'll be driving an hour and a half to Hershey and back each weekend for the first month. The next two months we both have to stay in a hotel near the Milton Hershey Cancer Institute so I can receive daily hospitalized rejection inspection, and infection detection... Kathy has to act as my caregiver there because I'll be completely immuno-compromised. I do not want Kathy to lose her home because of me. If my death wouldn't hurt Kathy worse than losing her home, I'd let nature take its course... but that's not the case. This little adventure in survival exceeds our means.
