Save Asher!

This last Monday, my girlfriend and I had to say goodbye to our best friend of two years, the best cat, Loki. He unfortunately passed away from a blood clot. My girlfriend and I were on the way to the animal shelter to look at cats as a distraction. On the way, we found a helpless kitten, fighting for its life. After the shelter refused to take the kitten in, we felt like it was not only fate but our civic duty at this point to do what we can for this kitten… we found him with a severely broken leg, and a nasty infection. Since then we have taken him in, watched him fight for his life , and continue to try and support him as we feel it is a message from god after the loss of our dear pet. When taking him to the vet we learned that he will need his leg amputated if he is to survive, and are struggling to provide the care he needs to win this battle. We recently made a GoFund me page in an attempt to save his life, and would appreciate anyone who is willing to spread awareness about him. We named him Asher which stands for blessing, as his arrival into our lives truly fits the name.
