Starting a go-fund me for my cousin Joao Manuel Graca "maluco" . On Friday 10-30-15 he was admitted at university hospital due to chest pains and difficulty breathing. While being at the hospital doctors found out he had major blood clots and had to go into surgery. Unfortunately the only option was to sedated him . Hours later things just got worst and he was pronounced brain dead due to a severe stroke he had. He will be taken out of the respirator support today 11-3-15. At a young age of 44Joao Manuel leaves behind his daughter age of 12,his 2 sisters and his parents that live in Portugal. Also his cousins that live here and we're very close to him. I'm doing this fundraiser to help out with funeral costs and the transportation of the body to our home in Portugal. Any donation you can make to help will be greatly appreciated .
