About Me
I have been a local resident of Edmonton for over 45 years and will be standing for the community as an Independent candidate in the forthcoming Enfield Council by-election for Jubilee Ward.
I was previously the Independent candidate for Edmonton and Winchmore Hill at the 2024 General Election. I am also the founder of the Enfield Community Action Group; a grass roots community organisation aimed at increasing political representation for residents within Enfield.
No "Change" from Labour
For years our elected officials in Enfield have taken residents for granted.
Local members of the community are unable to access their councillors and our MPs are rarely seen. It is time that local residents have proper representation on Enfield Council.
In addition, the Labour run administration has overseen huge cuts to services in the Borough with Edmonton Green Leisure Centre currently shuttered and many of our libraries facing closure.
At a national level, Labour has extended austerity by removing the winter fuel allowance for pensioners and refusing to abolish the two-child benefit cap.
The residents of Jubilee Ward will soon have a chance to tell Labour what they really think.
The money raised by this appeal will be used for the election campaign in Jubilee Ward. Anything raised over and above what is needed for the campaign will be donated to the Enfield Community Action Group so that we can continue to contest future elections in the Borough.

Important - please read:
There are rules that govern donations of more than £50 during elections.
By donating to my campaign, you understand and accept the following:
These rules do not cover donations under £50. If you donate more than £50 (or multiple contributions that add up to more than £50), you may be asked for your details to confirm your name is included on your local electoral register. If we can't confirm you are eligible to donate, we will refund your donation.
The money you use to donate must be from your own funds. If you are donating from a trade union or similar organisation, please contact me for more information on how to do that.
Your name and any amount over £50 you have donated will be included in the candidate return submitted after the election. This information will be available for public inspection on request, although your home address will not be made public.
Thank you in advance for your support.
