Khaos Dance Team

Hi, we are Khaos Dance Team and we’re a black majorette team at Ohio University, founded in 2023 by Kaylea Jackson and Cameryn Williams. We are raising money to supply uniforms, materials for performances such as hair, shoes, gear, make-up, and tights, travel fees, and anything else needed to make our team as successful as possible. Khaos is important to us because it represents everything black women stand for and provides a space, for those who are minorities, to feel safe and comfortable sharing and indulging in their culture. We created Khaos to explore the majorette style of dance and introduce it to Ohio University since there was little to no presence of this style on campus. We pride ourselves in exemplifying the Barbie theme and aesthetic because growing up Barbie could be anything, and that's what we strive for in and outside of this team.
