Ronnie's Fight against Cancer

Hello friends and family, Ronnie Martinez was diagnosed back in August 2019 with oropharyngeal and neck cancer at stage 4 and 5. Since then he has had doses of aggressive chemotherapy and radiation treatments at MD Anderson in Houston, Texas.  His fight has been a rough one, but the doctors tell him it will only be worse before it can get better. In the course of Ronnie’s fight, his employer has unexpectedly decided to let him go with no notice other than a packet via mail to decide if he wanted to continue his insurance through cobra insurance indicating he was involuntarily terminated.  He continues with his treatments and is almost halfway through his treatments but as we all know medical expenses can be expensive. He receives daily radiation treatments and every other day chemotherapy. Houston, TX is a city with a higher cost of living than the Rio Grande Valley and the toll of living here while paying for medical expenses such as deductibles, copays, medications, basic living expenses & maintaining the cost of his home, vehicles, insurances and his bills is catching up to him. We are reaching out to family, friends, and anyone interested in making a donation.
