Londo met a scorpion and needs a vet

I have a darling little white kitten who came to me on October 13th through a rescue that I foster for. The rescue could not provide appropriate medical treatment for a kitten who was too weak to stand when he was found on October 11th due to other contagious illness concerns. He weighed barely half of what he should at 10-12 weeks old (ish) and 550 grams. He has never seen a vet. When he arrived, he was skin and bone and fur.
This little boy encountered something stinging on Monday the 24th, and his face began to swell. It didn't look bad at first, Monday 10/24 AM.
It got worse. Monday 10/24 PM
It kept getting worse. Tuesday 10/25 PM
At this point any reasonable person would be taking this kitten to the vet. Why haven't I yet? Because we spent our vet money on another rescue kitty. Sadly, she passed on. With medical reasons why the rescue wasn't able to take him to a vet noted in the updates, we opted to fund-raise on our own for him. Of course, we have no problem keeping this charming little gentleman, and can get him to the vet ourselves. But he'll need bloodwork. He'll need tests. That's where we're shy on money.
Then tonight his ear started to droop.
Upon closer look, we absolutely need a vet to figure out what's wrong. We also need earmite treatment. Now, I am stubborn and a bit cranky. If I can't take this kitten to the vet under the auspices of the rescue because there's entirely valid contagious illness concerns, well then he's just going to be my kitten.
We are now seeking aid in getting him properly treated. We hope, so very much, that it will be in time for him. Please help him become the snuggly, loving boy I know he can be.
*This has been updated to provide more accuracy and clarity in why the rescue Londo was originally being fostered under was unable to get him to a vet. There was no fault on the part of the rescue, just miscommunication on both sides.
