Making My Dreams Come True xo
My name is Kiana Toto, I am 18 years old from Treaty 4 Territory residing in Regina, Saskatchewan. I am a proud young Indigenous woman dedicated to accomplishing my life goals and making my personal dreams come true. I am proud to be a role model for youth in my community and proud of my achievements over the last 5 years. Some of these achievements are graduating from Miller High School in 2022 and being awarded the “Circle of Voices” scholarship award. I also proudly ran for Miss FNuniv Pow Wow Princess in 2023, though I was not selected I was very proud to represent my family and my community. I am a dedicated young adult and driven by the passion to break the cycles of intergenerational trauma in Indigenous communities. Lastly, I am confident, goal oriented and carry myself proudly in public.
In November 2023 I was selected to represent “Team Canada” for the “World Championships of Performing Arts” (WCOPA) where I will be competing alongside a team of nine. This competition takes place in Long Beach, California, USA in June 2024. I am humbly asking for your support in making this experience of a lifetime come true. A financial donation will assist me contributing to our flights, accommodations, meals and special wardrobe. In demonstration of my gratitude, I will promote your organization in recognition of your gift. In addition, I will give recognition to your business at this exciting national level.
Thank you in advance for your consideration!
