Please help Kiantu walk and run again....

Hi my name is Maxine and it's taken me a lot of courage to reach out and ask for help and i feel awkward doing so, but here goes.....

Last Friday morning we was enjoying our holiday(myself and my 6 furkids) and when we woke up my baby girl Kiantu was paralysed on her back legs and unable to support her weight or walk at all. I rushed her to the local vets and determined it's a neurological/spinal issue and she has no awareness of where her back feet/legs are at all. They gave me some medication for her and we made the plan to strict rest her over the weekend and take her to our own vet on monday(today). Today we visited our own vet and determined she does have some minimal feeling in her toes but is still unable to support her own weight or walk despite her constant best efforts, due to the sudden onset of her issue its been discussed it's most likely a protruding disc but an mri/ct scan would be needed to confirm it's not a tumour/cyst. Sadly I do not have insurance as with the cost of living i work very hard just to give my dogs the best life I can but I dont earn enough to pay for insurance too. I have found a specialist orthopaedic surgeon who can operate on her immediately and it will cost £4500 for all imaging, surgery, hospitalisation etc but he doesn't do payment options and i dont know what else to do. So as much as I absolutely hate asking others I need to ask for help not for me but for my darling baby girl!! She doesn't understand why her back legs wont work and won't do what she wants them to do and it's heartbreaking to see her want to do what she normally can but she can't. So I'm on my knees and asking please even if it's just £1 if you can help towards my baby girl getting the best chance to be able to walk/run again and enjoy the rest of her life just like she was enjoying life thurs evening before this tragedy happened. She is only just 8yrs old and up to now was absolutely as fit as anything! Thursday evening she was running around and chasing ducks and jumping through the leaves and having her best life, and now she's stuck either on the sofa or in a crate to ensure she rests completely.

I have no expectations for donations, people have already been so kind and generous but friends have convinced me I should just put it out there and see what happens!
