Kidney Failure Assistance

Hello my name is Adam and I'm looking for assistance in paying for bills due to my kidney failure. I have medical bills from this past summer, the hospital is looking for their money. I'm currently working one full-time job and one part-time job. If I'm able to get a kidney transplant, I will go on medication that I need to take for the rest of my life. My insurance doesn't cover everything I'm trying to get other ways that will help. Of course the biggest help would be if I could find somebody to donate a kidney to me. They would need to be either blood type A or O. I have a lovely wife of 15 years and a 11-year-old boy that I would like to see grow up. Thank you for your time in reading my request.
