Hi, my name is Shannon and I am Jayden’s aunt. Jayden is 11 years old and attends Windsor middle school. Jayden was diagnosed with stage 4 kidney disease in March of 2023. Jayden’s kidneys continue to get worse and he is in dire need of a kidney transplant. Jayden is on the kidney transplant list and we are actively looking for a live donor. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated, as my sister has had to endure many medical expenses, as well as traveling back and forth to NYC. Jayden’s specialist is out of Mount Sinai Hospital in NYC. Jayden and my sister will also need to stay in NYC close to the hospital as he recovers from the transplant for at least a month.
