Kidney for Melissa

Twelve years ago, Melissa was blessed by getting her twin sister's kidney.  Thank you so much Vero for your perfectly matched, strong kidney!  It did it's job and held on as long as it could, but it is now time to get another  kidney.  Melissa is now blessed by another "angel"...Angela Mendoza.  Angela will be unselfishly donating her kidney so that Melissa can receive a new one.  We cannot thank her enough! A new kidney for Melissa means no more dialysis, no more feeling sick, no more missing family events, and she will get to be with her students all day instead of being home sick or running out to Dr.'s appointments! The transplant will be in San Antonio.  Angela and her family will be there for one week and Melissa and her family will need to be there for three weeks.  Their only concern should be on getting healthy and not on the financial repercussions of this amazing gift.
