Kidney transplant expenses for CJ

Hello, I'm Richard and I am organizing this fundraiser to help raise money for my nephew CJ Blake as he is now going through the kidney transplant process. CJ was born with a kidney condition and has been in and out of the hospital. He has been on dialysis for over a year, and now he is a candidate for a kidney transplant.

Despite his health challenges, CJ has excelled in his studies. CJ lives in Spanish Town, Jamaica. As a result of his hard work he got into one of the top high schools in Jamaica, Wolmers, where he continues to excel.

CJ is an outstanding young man. He is bright and of good character. Helping CJ is an investment in the future for he is a young man who will accomplish much.

The transplant process is challenging, and CJ's family has limited means. CJ lives with his mother, Charlotte, and his baby sister. Currently, CJ is doing dialysis at least four times a week. There are many expenses including transportation and other costs. When he goes through the transplant process there will be more costs. Please help, so that CJ can get the transplant so that he can survive and thrive. He has so much to offer, and at 15, he has faced and overcome many challenges. Please help him continue to overcome his health challenges.
