Kids Need a Playground

Imagine a summer day when the best thing in the world is to whoosh down a side, glide on a swing or run through a sprinkler.
Now imagine you are three years old and all you can do is look out a window at a playground and not be able to play in it because the equipment is old and rusted and not safe.
The children of the YWCA of Yonkers New York need a new playground. Your contribution will l help the Y toward that goal. The money raised will go directly toward site preparation, new equipment and a garden.
Play is children's work and outdoor play is essential for healthy development.
Remember when you were little--maybe you loved to slide, swing and run. You can help these children have the same chance.
