Help Kiersen kick cancer!

Kiersen Hope, the fun loving, outgoing girl we all know is starting her toughest battle yet, at just 12 years old! This sweet girl has got more faith than anyone I know, and spoken from her mouth “I’m brave and I’m gonna fight hard”.
Kiersen came home last Thursday with a knot on her knee causing her some discomfort. Friday morning her parents took her into the doctor for an evaluation where their worlds were turned upside down. After several scans and a biopsy, Kiersen was diagnosed with Osteosarcoma, a rare bone cancer. No one can believe this is happening to such a beautiful, young girl but we all have enough faith and power of prayer to pull her through this!
Kiersen loves cheerleading, being outdoors, playing basketball, but most of all God! If we could all have half the faith she does there’s no doubt we can beat this together!
Kiersen and her family will head to MD Anderson in Houston, Texas on Monday 11/21, to start appts and treatments. With that being said, they will be out of work for the time being. Although insurance is helping some, there are many burdens to this battle and they will still need more help. We are asking, if you are able to give, please consider helping this amazing family work their way through this tough battle. If you are unable or uncomfortable donating online, there is also an account set up at City Bank under Chad and Teresa Smith, for the Benefit of Kiersen Smith.
If anything please keep every one of them, Kiersen, her mom Teresa, her dad Chad, little sister Kaylee, and their entire family, in your thoughts and prayers.
“Do not fear, for I am with you; do not be afraid, for I am your God. I will strengthen you; I will help you; I will hold on to you with my righteous right hand.” Isaiah 41:10
