Kiki is getting top surgery!

Hi, I'm Kiki's partner, Shyanne. I am starting this fundraiser for them to help cover the costs of a double mastectomy. Kiki is non-binary and more on the masculine side. It has already been a long journey up to this point with finding surgeons, doctors, and therapists. They started their transition with Testosterone in July and top surgery is the next step. There is a consultation already scheduled for August! After that, we will know more as far as the date for surgery and how much it will cost. Right now the goal is $15,000 because I'm including travel costs, recovery time (4-8 weeks), and consultations.

Not only will it be an improvement in overall mental wellbeing, but will be a physical burden lifted. With a history of back and neck pain as a result of having a large chest, it will also eliminate the chances of breast cancer. Having this surgery will be a great change in the quality of life.
