Kilkenny College 24hr Row for Cystic Fibrosis.
Would you join us in making a difference?
Last year the Senior Prefects at Kilkenny College cycled the length of Ireland in 24hrs, and thanks to your generosity, raised €5000 for charity.
This year we are attempting to row the breadth of Ireland in 24hrs. We want to raise funds for Cystic Fibrosis Ireland, in memory of Deirdre Doherty (nee Roche), the sister of one of our teachers here at the college, who sadly passed away recently from this disease. If you are able to donate we would really appreciate it.
More information about Cystic Fibrosis Ireland: CF Ireland (CFI) is a voluntary organisation that was set up by parents in 1963 to improve the treatment and facilities for people with Cystic Fibrosis in Ireland. CF Ireland also co-operates with medical professionals to give maximum assistance to both parents and children/adults with Cystic Fibrosis.
We are supported by fundraising and voluntary contributions and are solely concerned with the well-being of people with Cystic Fibrosis.
