Hi everyone! As many of you know Kim broke her fibula back in September. Because of her dedication, strong work ethic, and need for income she went back to work after only taking 3 days off. This unfortunately worked against her. Kim's body failed to develop new bone and refused to heal. This, coupled with her having to stand on it all day made it even more difficult for the healing process to occur. After trying the conservative approach for 4 months, she has finally had an ORIF and bone graft surgery to help repair the bone. Kim will have to be non weight bearing for at least 6 weeks. After which she will have to do physical therapy. During this recovery period she will unfortunatley not have an income. Also, being that it is the beginning of the year, Kim's health insurance deductible has reset. This means that she has a hefty patient responsibility due for the surgery. Kim is well known and liked in our community. She is known for her loyalty, her snarky humor, and her willingness to help people out. So I am humbly asking you all for a little help for Kim, as we all know she would never ask for help herself. This fund will be used for monthly living expenses and medical bills while she is unable to work. Thanks everyone for taking the time to read this.
