Kim Chuzie, Medical Treatment

Update: First of all, thank you all from the bottom of our family's hearts for everything you've been able to do to help our sweet Kim. Your shares & donatations mean the world. Kim has been doing rounds of SOT treatments & those have been somewhat helpful. However, Kim is now looking into an even more effective treatment, which is an exosome treatment. Most of you probably know (& love) Kim! The sweetest person, mom, wife, nana, daughter, sister, aunt, & friend.

Kim was diagnosed with ALS, also known as Lou Gehrig's disease, which is a progressive neurodegenerative disease that affects nerve cells in the brain and spinal cord. ALS is a fatal disease and there is currently no cure. There’s also no way to know how fast the disease will progress from person to person, but we are praying endlessly to have many more years with her, despite this disheartening diagnosis. She has seen many, many doctors & been to many, many hospitals in the last couple of months. She recently spent some time in Miami, FL & found a holistic medicine facility that we believe can help her.

You probably also know that holistic medicine treatments are extremely costly for the patient. This is true because these treatments usually require multiple visits over months of time & these treatments are not covered by any kind of insurance.

We are asking for any type of donation to get Kim to & from her treatments & to help pay for these treatments, to prolong her life & the quality of her life.

She is such a special part of SO many lives & if you know her, you know that!
