Kim Whorton's fight with stage 4 liver cancer

If you are fortunate enough to know Kim, then you already know she is someone who immediately rises to the very top of the list of those you can count on in a time of need. She's such an amazing and selfless woman and I'm so lucky and grateful to have her in my life. On August 10, 2023 she heard words that no one ever wants to hear. You have cancer. Kim was diagnosed with stage 4 liver cancer, Hepatocellular Carcinoma or HCC. Due to the treatment regimen and cancer itself, Kim is no longer able to work. I can only imagine how difficult this is for a fiercely independent person like herself. She has always been a hard working go-getter used to doing everything on her own. Kim is not one to ask for help. Ever! She has always been the one to help others in any and every way they need. It's our turn to help support Kim and her family.
