Kim Reilly and Family Financial Burden

We are raising funds for Kim and Kyle Reilly, to offset expenses they will incur over the next period of time for health services that Kim is going to need in Charlottetown.

Kim has been battling the effects of Type 1 Diabetes most of her life. It has taken her sight and damaged her kidney and her heart. Kim is facing a very rough road ahead. They have just been told that she can’t do at-home dialysis anymore, she will have to go to QEH in Charlottetown 3 or 4 days a week. She also needs heart surgery, that is complicated by the kidney disease. Her doctors don’t know right now if she is strong enough to have the surgery.

As many of you may know, on September 16, 2020, Kyle and Kim lost their 17 year old son, Ethan, to a tragic boating accident near Alberton. This family has been through a lot these past few years and we would like to help lessen their burden.

Over the next while Kim and Kyle will need money for travel, meals, and other living expenses. We want to raise money to take a little of the stress off them during this time.
