Kim Weimer's fight with cancer

Kim has been struggling with cancer for the last year. She has gone through Chemo and radiation and spent a week in the ICU with complications. Despite all of this, and the few minor surgeries she has gone through, her cancer has been persistent and continues to spread rapidly. Kim does not have insurance and pays for all her treatments out of pocket. The next step in her treatment is a radical/complete surgery to remove all of the cancer and lymph nodes and a lengthy stay at Cleveland Clinic. Her surgery was scheduled for Feb. 24. However, Cleveland Clinic will not perform the surgery without a Pet Scan. They will not perform a pet scan for her anywhere without $5000. We have had to postpone her surgery until we can come up with the money. This has been a hard time for my family and we are trying to do everything we can to help. We are asking for everyone to pitch in to save her and kick this cancer. Thank you for everyone's love and support this past year.
