Kimanh Lahaina Fire Relief

Aloha Family and Friends,

On August 8, 2023, as many of you already know or have seen in the news, Lahaina and other parts of Maui were engulfed in flames. Brush fires ignited and the winds from Hurricane Dora and left behind a scene of destruction and loss to my beloved home of Lahaina.

My mom is among the many who were affected by the fires. She came to Hawaii at the age of 16 during the Vietnam War and built a life for herself in Lahaina, raising her three children. Her home was completely consumed by the fires.

Fortunately, my mom is safe, which is the most important thing, and she is staying with my family in Wailuku. Unfortunately, she has lost everything.

I am creating this GoFundMe to help my mom rebuild her life. If you are able to donate, your contribution would be greatly appreciated. I am grateful for all the love and support you have shown during this difficult time.
