Kimber Mendoza (and Delilah)

Kimber is due on July 26th to her baby girl, Delilah. This gofundme is to help this single mother get through unpaid maternity leave and provide necessities for her daughter and herself. Anyone who has had the honor of knowing Kimber and seeing her progression over the past several months knows what a generous, kind, wonderful woman she has become. Recovery is possible and God is so so good. Kimber has spent the past 7 months putting in the work to build a solid foundation in recovery and as a productive member of society, but in a few short months, Kimber will have no means to cover the cost of living and necessities for her newborn baby girl. Kimber is currently living in a sober living facility but needs to find housing that is able to look beyond her past. Our goal with the gofundme is that a landlord may be willing to work with a tenant who is about to give birth and has a less than desirable past if we are able to pay 3 months rent upfront. Any funds leftover from immediate housing needs will go towards buying necessities. We have exhausted our resources and been waitlisted by state and addiction programs.
