Kimberly Anne Pendergrass 5-29-71 9-20-22

On September 20, 2022, Kimberly Anne Pendergrass went home to be with the Lord, and America lost a hero.

Kimberly was a Desert Storm Army Medic. She risked her own life to save others. She leaves behind a husband of 25 years, and together they raised two fine young men who will carry on Kimberly's legacy of selfless service to their fellow man.

Kimberly battled cancer for over five years. The cancer she had was more than her body could take. After losing her hair and body parts, she went into Hospice care in June of 2022. The things that the cancer never took from Kimberly were her sharp mind, good humor, love of country, genuine caring spirit, and love for her family.

There will be a memorial service in her honor at the Park Avenue Church of Christ in Denison, TX, on Friday, Sep 23, 2022, at noon.
