Help Kimmy get housing, supplements and therapies

Hi my name is Kim …I am reluctantly setting up a Go Fund Me page but sadly have gotten to the point where I need to ask for help due to my current situation.

In December 2022 during a routine breast cancer screening and was diagnosed with Breast Cancer Stage 3. Throughout 2023 I underwent cancer treatment including surgery, chemotherapy as well as radiation. At the same time, I was trying to go to work to be able to pay for my mortgage and look after my son. Being heavily affected physically and mentally by the cancer and its treatment I wasn’t able to retain my job. Sadly, I also was too unwell to continue to look after my son and he ended up moving in with his father also taking our beloved family pets. Losing my job also meant I couldn’t keep up with paying my mortgage. This forced me to rent out my house and pushed me into being homeless and living in a tent.

2023 took a huge physical and emotional toll on me, whilst somehow falling through the system with no financial support by the government I find myself trapped and reaching out for help for the first time.

At the moment, between doctor appointments and further treatments I am trying to get a job again to earn money to be able to find a rental and regain custody of my son. In a perfect world I would love to find a peaceful rental where I can regain my strength and health and start a university degree. But saying that the rental market is incredible tough and without any spare money I cannot even afford the bond, and by using up all my financial resources the last 12 months I am drowning in debts.

I struggle to ask for help but my friend has encouraged me to start a Go Fund Me page since the start of my Cancer Journey twelve months ago….I am now at the stage where my mental health is really suffering and my basic needs aren’t met. I would greatly appreciate if you can donate so I can at least get money towards a bond together, get out of the tent and find a safe place to live and get my son back in my life.
