Kim’s medical and monthly bills.

Hi my name is Kim and while I have medical insurance, I do not have short term disability or enough vacation or sick leave to carry me until I get back to work. This would help cover some monthly expenses and keep a roof over our head until I get back to work. I would appreciate any help you can give. Kim
