Kim’s unexpected dental surgery cost

Hi!

My name is Khaki and I’m raising money to help my wonderful mother Kim pay for her dental surgery in September. She was originally quoted the astronomical amount of 40k and has since decided to journey to Costa Rica for her surgery to save BIG on cost, yay medical tourism!

Kim needs all of her teeth aside from 4 removed and replaced with implants. This came as a huge shock to her although she knew she had some issues that would need to be dealt with, the extent of it was a surprise to her to say the least. By having the work done outside the country it will cost her 20k all said and done and we simply just do not have that money.

If you’ve had the pleasure of meeting Kim, you know that to know her is to love her. She’s the most loving and compassionate human I know. She’s a radiant being and would give the shirt off her back to a perfect stranger.

Kim is very nervous about the trip and the surgery but would never ask for financial help on her own. This unexpected large expense is weighing on her greatly and I’m asking for help for a woman who has done so much for her community, her family, her friends.
