Kindly Support Katie get to the Euro Championships

Katie needs your kind support to get to the Euros.

My name is Katie Gaynor, I am 23 years old and I live in Dunboyne, Co. Meath. 

This year I have been chosen with three other of our Syncro group to take part in the Artistic Swimming Competition as part of Down Syndrome Team Ireland Delegation at the SUDS European Championships in Padova, Italy from 3 -10 September 2023.

I am really looking forward to this competition in Italy and very honoured to be representing myself, my family, friends, clubs and my country.

In October 2021 I was asked to join Syncro, our artistic swimming group set up by Tom and Liz Murray and our Coach Aoife Drumm.  I didn’t have to be asked twice as this is the best way I get to do two of my favourite activities together, swimming and dancing to music.

Katie is a multi-talented young lady participating in swimming, athletics dancing and artistic swimming.

It would be great if Ireland can get behind this bubbly lovely young women in supporting her participation in the SUDS European Championships.
