Kindra Fatih-Stage 4 Cancer

Cancer-stage 4. Just 2 months ago my friend, Kindra Fatih, came to know all too well just how meaningful that little 6 letter word means. As a recent graduate, she had accepted a job and was preparing to take her state boards when some severe pain and discomfort in her abdomen sent her rushing to the ER. That is when Kindra, 34 years old, a wife, and mother to a handsome 5 year old received the diagnoses of cancer.
A 7 cm cancerous mass has formed on her adrenal gland that sits on top of her left kidney. There are cancerous lesions on her liver, in addition to cancerous seedlings in both lungs. As of right now they are calling this Metastatic Disease, stage 4 cancer because its origin is currently unknown. The doctor stated, and I quote “Because of its rapid growth, I don't know what else to call this but -pure EVIL.”
First, I ask that you PRAY for her. Pray for healing, relief, and comfort. Pray for the future days as she continues with chemo and battles the side affects. Pray for the Lord to protect her mind and keep her in good spirits. Pray for her son and husband as they are in this journey with her.
Secondly, I ask that you prayerfully consider financially supporting this family during this unexpected battle. Kindra is fighting for her life and her future with her precious family. The financial burden of the chemo, radiation, doctor visits, surgeries, procedures, and uncovered medicines are beginning to pile up while only her husband is able to work. I humbly ask you to consider blessing her family with the comfort of financial security during these desperate times.
In Romans 12:21 it says, ”Be not overcome with evil but overcome evil with good”. This is what Kindra, and we as her support system, are clinging to in these days. Cancer is scary and can bring one to their knees, not only physically but emotionally and spiritually as well. However, Kindra knows that this is all in the will of the Lord, and He remains sovereign and good even in these trying times that we may not understand.
