Support for medical needs

My name is Monica. My Fiancé Tyler and I have a 6 month old baby, Kinzley. Kinzley was diagnosed about 3 months ago with a Rare Tumor surrounding her left eye. We are currently being treated at Motts, where she is admitted at this time to start treatment for the tumor. In addition to hospitalization, we have multiple appointments per week at the Kellog eye center as this is effecting her vision and plastic surgery to help with the structural damage from the tumor. We are a one income household with one car, and the appointments can take a toll with gas, and especially rent , missed work and travel. We are tying our best but any extra help that we could get would be greatly appreciated to help with her treatment, travel, gas and monthly expenses It’s been extremely hard.
