Kirks crusaders

Kirk Haslam is my Brother in law. Married to my Sister Debbie Haslam. Anyone who knows Kirk knows that he has had a long time history with his heart. He has been in and out of the hospital over the last 10-12 years and had mulitple heart procedures done. Sunday night Debbie took him to the er and with Covid had to leave him there. Since then he was diagnosed with double pneumonia and Mrsa. He was intubated. They ran multiple Covid tests that were all negative. Monday night Kirk coded and they were able to revive him. This encouraged them to look beyond Covid and began looking closer at his heart. At that time they discovered that his heart muscle was so thickened that is was pushing againest his aorta and was not allowing proper blood flow to the heart. Because of this Kirk needs open heart surgery to repair this issue once they can stabilize him. Wichita hospitals are not able to provide his needed care. He needs to have a Ecmo device placed. After attempting to get him to Kansas city which is full we found out Oklahoma city would have space for him and they were going to send physician and helicopter to get him. But this morning they have called with unforeseen circumstances that will not allow them to take him. Now we are looking at Omaha, Nebraska. He needs to get some where to have this procedure so he can have open heart surgery soon. With this being said Debbie has a lot of financial burden and once he is moved will have hotel and food costs on top of all the medical bills. Any help would be much appreciated by the family. Their oldest daughter Amber is also trying to arrange flights to come and try to help with Bethany their youngest daughter while Debbie has to be away. Prayers also are much appreciated.
