Gurlal Singh Sandhu Health Clinic - Punjab, India

In 2019, we lost someone very near and dear to our hearts. He was someone who dreamed big and wanted to give back to his community. In his memory, we try to give back to the community on his birthday. Last year we provided new shoes for many of the children in need. Also this year, we began a larger project with the community still in mind. We began the construction of a health clinic in the village Gurlal grew up in. This clinic will remove many barriers in access to healthcare for the villagers in the rural community of Margindpura, Punjab, India. The clinic will provide basic health services, medications, and labs. We hope to have the clinic up and running in the next few months. Kirpa.org is a non-profit organization that hopes to create a better world by removing barriers to health access. This is the first of many health clinics Kirpa.org plans to be a part of in Punjab. Any donation, large or small, will help make an impact.
