Kirsten's European Cello Tour

My name is Kirsten Wandrey (my parents are Phil and Sharon Wandrey), and recently I was nominated and accepted to  play cello in a concert tour through seven countries in Europe. This 16 day trip takes place in June 2017. I am asking for your support to help with fees for the trip such as plane ticket, baggage fees, room & board, etc.

This is an incredible opportunity for me. Besides expanding my cello playing, this voyage will enhance my wisdom, perception and understanding of another part of the world. Meeting and interacting with people from different cultures will enrich me personally and I expect to return home with a greater appreciation for our world’s diversity. I will also earn college credits by keeping a detailed journal of my experiences. 

I am currently working my first job and saving for this trip. I am reaching out to you for consideration of a financial gift which will help me take this journey.
